Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and money orders. Personal checks are not accepted and will be returned.

Q. Failed / Declined Transactions
A. Why was my credit card declined, and why then does my statement say, "payment pending?" The main reason for declined credit card transactions, other than insufficient funds, is incorrect billing address information. To protect ourselves and our customers from theft and fraud our bank requires billing address verification, which includes street address and the 5 digit postal code (zip code). Some international postal codes have only 4 digits and we recommend that customers from these countries try adding a zero at the end of their code or use Pay Pal (who will accept credit cards) for a payment option. Customers who receive an error statement or a statement that their card has been declined should rest assured that their credit card has NOT been charged. A "pending" charge may show up on your bank or credit card company's
records for a day or two, but no actual funds have been, or will be, transferred.

Q. What is a Pre-Order?
A. Pre-ordering product is a great way to receive new releases before they  have been released. If you place a multiple item order that includes a  pre-order, We'll ship your full order out when the pre-order is  available to ship. If you'd like for us to ship what's available  immediately, contact us and we can make the proper arrangements.  *Release dates are indicated to provide an estimate of when your  pre-order will be in stock. Actual arrival dates may vary from the  actual release date.

Q. Cool! I got a House of Mysterious Discount Coupon, now what the hell do I do with it?
A.  Enter your coupon code at anytime during the check out process and your discount will automatically take effect. 

Q. Can I pay with a Money Order?
A. Yes you can. All you need to do is add your desired items to your shopping cart, then select Money Order as your method of payment. Once the sale has been completed, simply print out your invoice and include it with your money order payment. Alternatively, you can write your order number directly on the money order.

Q. Do you have a printed store catalog?
A. We do not offer a complete catalog since our inventory is constantly changing.

Q. What are your shirt sizes?
A. All our shirts come from different sources and produced on different  types of shirt materials, so it is very difficult for us to give accurate shirt dimensions. Should you purchase a shirt does not fit, we  are happy to offer an exchange for another size.

Q. How long will it take for my order to ship?
A. Domestic and International orders are shipped daily. Delivery times can vary based on distance. 

Q. What if I order something and it is out of stock?
A. In the event that you order something that is currently out of stock, we will notify you and do our best to fulfill your order, or offer you a full refund, or offer the option to order something else of equal value. We care about giving you the best service we can, so we'll do all that we can so you are not disappointed.

Q. Can I return my item or exchange it?
A. Here is our Return Policy:

Items must be returned within 7 Days
We can offer you store credit, an exchange, or a full refund.
Items must still be sealed in the original package.

Q. Are your items for sale new or used?
A. Everything sold at the House of Mysterious Secrets is brand new, never used, and in most cases still sealed in the original package. If anything was used or opened, it would be noted in the item description.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, but there might be some restrictions as to what Country we ship to. You can inquire to us directly.

Q. Do you accept trades?
A. Sometimes, but not often.

Q. Do you charge a sales tax?
A. Yes, we charge a sales tax only for the State of New Jersey.

Q. Do you wholesale to other retailers?
A. No. We do not offer wholesale.
